Our doors are locked, but we are far from closed for business. Our staff are conducting all client sessions virtually. We allowed clients to check out equipment from the studio so that they could construct home gyms. We send their workouts to them before their sessions and then coach them online. We are able to demonstrate all of the exercises and correct form throughout the session. We welcome anyone missing their workouts to contact us for more information.
